Terms and Conditions
The villa rate quoted does not include 3-meal plan, boat transfers or marine park fees. These compulsory incidentals will be included to your room invoice later and to be paid upon check out.
A separate email will be sent to you nearer to your arrival date with our Reservation Form for your perusal and boat times for your choosing.
Cancellations & Date Changes
Should your plans change, please send an email immediately to info@batubatu.com.my. The date change, cancellation and deposit refund policy is as follows:
Deposit taken at booking: 100% of the villa rate for the duration of your stay (RM).
Cancellation or any amendment of booking dates more than 14 days before date of arrival: 100% refund of RM deposit received (minus any payment processing fees taken by the bank or credit card company).
Cancellation or any amendment of booking dates 14 days or less before date of arrival: 100% of the RM villa rate deposit will be forfeited.
For bookings made 14 days or less before date of arrival: 24 hour grace period from the time of booking is given for cancellations afterwhich 100% of the RM villa rate deposit will be forfeited.
Refund Procedure
If you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund we will instruct the bank to process a refund to your credit card immediately. From experience, it can take up to 4 weeks for the refund to show on your credit card statement. This is due to the 5-10 business days required for our bank to process the refund request and release the funds back to your credit card issuing bank and then a further 5-10 business days required for your credit card issuing bank credits the moneys back to your account.
